Job Title: Hotel Driver

Job Overview:
We are currently seeking a responsible and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Hotel Driver. The Hotel Driver will be responsible for providing safe and efficient transportation services for hotel guests and staff, ensuring a pleasant and comfortable experience.

Responsibilities:
Safely transport hotel guests and staff to and from designated locations, including airports, train stations, and local attractions.
Provide courteous and professional assistance to guests, including loading and unloading luggage.
Maintain cleanliness and safety of the vehicle at all times, including regular inspections and maintenance checks.
Adhere to traffic laws and regulations, and follow safe driving practices.
Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor while representing the hotel.
Assist guests with local area information and recommendations as needed.
Coordinate transportation schedules and routes with the hotel concierge and front desk staff.
Assist with other duties as assigned by hotel management.

Requirements:
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Previous experience as a driver, preferably in a hospitality or customer service setting.
Excellent driving skills and knowledge of local roads and traffic patterns.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Ability to lift and carry luggage and assist guests with mobility needs.
Punctuality and reliability.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
