Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our hotel team. As a Night Auditor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy of our financial records and providing exceptional service to late-night guests. If you have a strong background in accounting, excellent organizational skills, and a commitment to guest satisfaction, we encourage you to apply and become a key member of our hotel staff.

Responsibilities:
Conduct nightly audits of the hotel’s financial transactions.
Verify and reconcile guest accounts and payments.
Prepare and distribute reports on revenue, occupancy, and other financial data.
Handle late check-ins and check-outs with professionalism and courtesy.
Assist guests with inquiries, requests, and issues during the night shift.
Maintain the front desk and lobby area in an organized and presentable manner.
Monitor security cameras and ensure the safety of guests and the property.
Handle emergency situations and escalate as needed.
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot technical issues.
Prepare and distribute daily breakfast vouchers and other amenities.
Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure a seamless transition.

Qualifications:
Previous experience as a Night Auditor in a hotel setting is preferred.
Strong accounting and numerical skills.
Proficiency in using hotel management software and accounting systems.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
Effective communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and handle night shift responsibilities.
Knowledge of hotel operations and guest services.
Positive attitude and a commitment to guest satisfaction.
