Position: Kitchen Helpers
Location: Dubai, UAE
Job Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:
Assist in the preparation of ingredients for cooking, such as washing, peeling, chopping, and slicing.
Help with basic cooking tasks under the supervision of chefs or cooks.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including washing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
Ensure that all kitchen areas are kept clean and sanitized according to health and safety standards.
Assist in storing and organizing food supplies, ensuring proper rotation to minimize waste.
Handle food deliveries, unpacking and storing ingredients in appropriate areas.
Dispose of garbage and recycling in a safe and sanitary manner.
Assist in plating and garnishing dishes for service.
Follow all kitchen safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during meal service.

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required.
Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is a plus.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
Physical stamina to stand for long periods and perform tasks that require bending, lifting, and carrying.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
