Document Controller

Description

The company is hiring forvDocument Controller is responsible for managing, organizing, and maintaining all project or company documentation in an efficient and secure manner. This role ensures that all records are accurate, updated, and easily accessible to authorized personnel in compliance with company policies and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and manage all documents for projects and departments, ensuring accuracy, quality, and integrity.

Control the numbering, filing, sorting, and retrieval of electronically stored or hard copy documents.

Ensure that all documentation complies with internal and external requirements.

Distribute and track documents to ensure timely review, approval, and feedback.

Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and ensure data security.

Support project teams in preparing reports, presentations, and document transmittals.

Assist in implementing and maintaining document control procedures.

Perform periodic audits to ensure documentation compliance.

Liaise with engineers, managers, and other departments for document submission and control.
