Description

Responsibilities:

Manage daily office operations, including answering phones, responding to emails, and handling correspondence.
Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock, placing orders, and verifying receipt of supplies.
Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff members, including booking venues, flights, and accommodations.
Assist with the recruitment and onboarding process for new hires, including scheduling interviews and preparing orientation materials.
Organize and maintain physical and digital files, ensuring accurate and accessible records.
