Job Description:

We are looking for courteous and attentive Valet Parking Attendants to join our team. As a Valet Parking Attendant, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and a positive first impression. If you have excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and a commitment to delivering a seamless parking experience for our guests, we encourage you to apply and become an integral part of our hotel team.

Responsibilities:
Greet guests with a warm and welcoming attitude.
Park and retrieve guests’ vehicles in a safe and efficient manner.
Provide accurate information about hotel services and amenities.
Handle guests’ belongings and vehicles with care and professionalism.
Assist with loading and unloading luggage as needed.
Maintain organized records of parked vehicles.
Follow established parking procedures and safety guidelines.
Address guest inquiries and provide assistance as required.
Collaborate with hotel staff to ensure smooth guest experiences.

Qualifications:
Previous experience as a Valet Parking Attendant is preferred but not required.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Strong attention to detail and a responsible demeanor.
Ability to drive both manual and automatic vehicles.
Positive attitude and willingness to assist guests.
Physical fitness to stand, walk, and perform vehicle maneuvers.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
High school diploma or equivalent.
