Job Title: Document Controller
Location: Dubai
Job Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain the company’s document control system, both physical and digital.
Organize, categorize, and index documents for easy retrieval and reference.
Ensure document security, confidentiality, and compliance with data protection policies.
Track document versions and revisions to maintain accuracy and integrity.
Oversee the document approval process, including tracking signatures and ensuring timely approvals.
Collaborate with various departments to establish document management best practices.
Assist in scanning, photocopying, and archiving documents as required.
Handle requests for documents and provide appropriate access to authorized personnel.
Prepare and maintain detailed records of document transactions and activities.
Assist in developing and implementing document control policies and procedures.

Qualifications:
Previous experience as a Document Controller or in a related role is beneficial but not mandatory.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in using document management software and tools.
Knowledge of document control best practices and data protection regulations.
Ability to work well in a fast-paced and dynamic document management environment.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Commitment to maintaining the accuracy and integrity of company documents.
