As a Valet Parking Attendant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient parking and retrieval of guests’ vehicles, as well as delivering a positive and welcoming experience. Responsibilities:
Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner upon their arrival and departure, offering assistance with parking and retrieving their vehicles.
Safely and efficiently park and retrieve guests’ vehicles, adhering to all parking and driving regulations and protocols.
Maintain an organized and secure parking area, ensuring that all vehicles are parked in designated spaces and that keys are securely stored.
Provide guests with information about the location’s amenities, services, and local attractions, offering assistance and guidance as needed.
Handle guests’ luggage and belongings with care and ensure their safe transport to and from their vehicles.
Collaborate with the front desk and concierge teams to ensure a seamless and coordinated guest experience.
Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times, representing the company/hotel in a positive light.

Qualifications:
Previous experience as a valet parking attendant or in a customer service-oriented role is preferred.
A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is required.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with guests in a polite and courteous manner.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Physical stamina and the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
A customer-centric approach and a commitment to delivering exceptional service to guests.
