Job Opportunity: Teacher Assistant
Location: Dubai, UAE

We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Teacher Assistant to join our educational team in Dubai. The Teacher Assistant will provide support to teachers and students to enhance the learning experience.

Responsibilities:

Assist teachers in preparing instructional materials and classroom activities.
Support students in understanding lesson concepts and reinforce learning objectives.
Supervise students during classroom activities, breaks, and field trips.
Assist with classroom management and maintain a positive learning environment.
Provide one-on-one or small group tutoring to students as needed.
Assist in grading assignments, tests, and homework.
Monitor student progress and communicate with teachers and parents/guardians.
Assist in maintaining student records and documentation.
Help in organizing and participating in school events, such as parent-teacher meetings and extracurricular activities.
Collaborate with teachers and school staff to implement educational programs and initiatives.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field.
Prior experience as a Teacher Assistant or in a similar role is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Patience and empathy in working with students of diverse backgrounds and abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Proficiency in using educational technology and software is a plus.
UAE residency or work permit is required.
