Job Title: Security Guard

Job Overview:
We are currently seeking vigilant and reliable individuals to join our team as Security Guards. The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure the safety and security of our premises, employees, and visitors by monitoring surveillance equipment, patrolling designated areas, and responding to security incidents as needed.

Responsibilities:
Monitor premises through surveillance cameras and perform regular patrols to detect and prevent security breaches.
Enforce access control procedures, including verifying credentials of employees, visitors, and vendors.
Respond promptly to alarms and emergency situations, including disturbances, accidents, and medical emergencies.
Maintain a visible presence to deter illegal or inappropriate actions and provide a sense of security to occupants.
Conduct thorough security checks of vehicles, packages, and bags entering or leaving the premises.
Write detailed incident reports and maintain accurate logs of security activities and incidents.
Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency response agencies as necessary.
Ensure compliance with company security policies and procedures.

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Proven experience as a Security Guard or in a related field is preferred.
Valid Security Guard license/certification as required by state regulations.
Strong observational and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
Physical fitness and the ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
