RESPONSIBILITIES
General Office Support
Communication: Handling HR-related communications, including emails and phone calls.
Filing: Organizing and filing HR documents and maintaining a systematic filing system.
Supplies: Managing office supplies related to HR activities and ensuring adequate stock.
Confidentiality and Integrity
Confidentiality: Ensuring the confidentiality of sensitive employee information and handling it with discretion.
Integrity: Acting with integrity and professionalism in all HR-related tasks and interactions.
Technical Skills
Software Proficiency: Using HR management systems, payroll software, and other relevant technology effectively.
Data Management: Handling HR data and generating reports as needed.
