Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Associates to join our team. The Sales Associates will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting products or services, and achieving sales goals. The ideal candidates should possess strong communication skills, a friendly and approachable demeanor, and a passion for delivering an outstanding shopping experience to our customers.

Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing product information and recommendations as needed.
Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring that products are displayed attractively and shelves are well-stocked.
Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including handling cash, credit, and other forms of payment.
Proactively upsell and cross-sell products or services to meet or exceed sales targets.
Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive and productive work environment.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is a plus.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
Basic knowledge of sales principles and customer service practices.
Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
