HR Assistant

Description

We are looking for an organized and proactive HR Assistant to support our Human Resources department in Dubai. The ideal candidate will assist in managing daily HR operations, ensuring efficiency in processes and a positive experience for employees.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist with recruitment processes, including job postings, scheduling interviews, and coordinating onboarding activities.
Maintain employee records and update HR databases with new hire information, leaves, and other details.
Prepare and process HR documents, such as contracts, offer letters, and employment certificates.
Handle attendance tracking, timesheets, and payroll support.
Assist in organizing training sessions and employee development programs.
Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
Support HR compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies.
Coordinate employee engagement initiatives and events.
Assist in preparing HR reports and data analysis.
Provide general administrative support to the HR team.
