HR Assistant

Description

We are looking for a motivated and organized HR Assistant to join our team. The candidate will support the HR department with recruitment, employee coordination, documentation, and daily HR administrative activities.

Key Responsibilities
Assist with the recruitment and selection process.
Post job vacancies and review applications.
Screen CVs and shortlist suitable candidates.
Contact candidates and schedule interviews.
Assist with employee onboarding and joining formalities.
Maintain employee records and HR files.
Assist with attendance and leave management.
Prepare HR documents, reports, and letters.
Respond to basic employee inquiries.
Support the HR team with daily administrative tasks.
Maintain confidentiality of employee information.
Perform other HR duties assigned by management.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
Freshers can apply.
Previous HR experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Good organizational and time-management skills.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Ability to work in a team and handle multiple tasks.
UAE experience is an advantage.
