Customer Service Officer

Description

A U.A.E .-based company in Dubai is inviting applications for the position of Customer Service Officer. The role involves assisting customers, handling inquiries, resolving concerns, providing accurate information, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, and in person.
Provide accurate information about company services and procedures.
Handle customer requests, complaints, and concerns professionally.
Follow up on customer issues and ensure timely resolution.
Maintain accurate customer records and service documentation.
Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer requirements.
Process customer requests and provide appropriate assistance.
Maintain a high level of customer service and communication.
Prepare basic reports related to customer interactions.
Identify recurring customer concerns and report them to management.
Follow company policies, procedures, and service standards.
Maintain confidentiality of customer and company information.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or relevant qualification is preferred.
Previous customer service, call center, reception, or front-office experience is an advantage.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Good English communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
Basic computer and MS Office skills.
Friendly, patient, and customer-focused attitude.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
UAE/GCC experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
