Job Overview:
We are seeking a responsible and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Hotel Driver. The primary role of the Hotel Driver is to provide safe and efficient transportation services for guests and staff of [Hotel Name], ensuring a positive experience from pick-up to drop-off.

Responsibilities:
Safely and courteously transport hotel guests to and from designated locations, such as airports, train stations, and local attractions.
Assist guests with loading and unloading luggage and other belongings.
Provide information about local attractions, restaurants, and points of interest as requested.
Maintain a clean and well-maintained vehicle, performing routine inspections and reporting any issues to management.
Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations while driving.
Monitor vehicle maintenance schedule and coordinate service appointments as needed.
Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times when interacting with guests.
Assist with other tasks as needed, such as running errands or assisting with luggage storage.

Requirements:
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Previous experience as a driver, preferably in a hospitality or customer service environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of local roads and attractions.
Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
Strong attention to detail and focus on guest satisfaction.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Physical ability to lift and move luggage as needed.
