Front Desk Officer

Description

Responsibilities:

Greet visitors, clients, and employees with a friendly and professional demeanor, providing assistance and directing them to the appropriate person or department.
Answer incoming calls promptly and courteously, providing information, taking messages, and transferring calls as necessary.
Manage the reception area, including maintaining cleanliness, organization, and appearance to create a welcoming environment.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries, distributing them to the appropriate recipients.
Maintain and update visitor logs, employee directories, and other administrative records accurately and confidentially.
