A well-established Company is seeking qualified and motivated candidates for the position of Salesman. The role involves promoting products, assisting customers, developing sales opportunities, and achieving assigned sales targets while maintaining excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Approach customers and understand their requirements.
Promote and explain company products or services.
Assist customers in selecting suitable products.
Generate new sales opportunities and follow up with potential customers.
Maintain good relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Provide accurate product information, pricing, and availability.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve basic concerns professionally.
Maintain attractive product displays and ensure proper product presentation.
Monitor stock availability and coordinate with the relevant team when required.
Prepare and maintain basic sales records and daily activity reports.
Follow up on quotations, orders, and customer requests.
Support promotional activities and sales campaigns.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Maintain professional communication and a customer-focused approach.

Requirements:

High School Diploma or equivalent qualification preferred.
Previous sales or customer service experience is an advantage.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong customer service and convincing abilities.
Target-oriented and positive attitude.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office is an advantage.
Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Presentable, energetic, and self-motivated.
Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment.
Freshers with good communication skills may also be considered.
