Job Overview:

Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and timely manner.
Assist customers with product information, order status, billing inquiries, and general support questions.
Resolve customer complaints and concerns effectively, escalating complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
Maintain customer records and update databases with relevant information.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the development of best practices.

Requirements:
Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in computer skills and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
