Job Title: Office Boy

Responsibilities:
Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of office premises, including common areas and workspaces.
Assist in preparing and serving beverages to staff and visitors.
Handle basic clerical tasks such as photocopying, filing, and organizing documents.
Distribute incoming mails and packages to the appropriate recipients.
Run errands such as purchasing office supplies and other necessary items.
Assist in setting up conference rooms for meetings.
Monitor and replenish office supplies as needed.
Assist with minor maintenance tasks and liaise with building management for repairs.

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
Basic knowledge of office equipment and supplies.
Good communication skills.
Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
Physical stamina for light to moderate lifting.
Punctuality and reliability.
