As a Cashier, you will be responsible for handling customer purchases, processing payments accurately, and maintaining a friendly and helpful demeanor at all times. Responsibilities:
Greet customers warmly and provide friendly and efficient service at the checkout counter.
Scan and process items accurately, ensuring that prices are correct, and apply any relevant discounts or promotions as needed.
Accept various forms of payment, including cash, credit cards, and mobile payments, and provide change accurately.
Maintain a neat and organized checkout area, including handling and bagging products efficiently.
Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly and professionally, seeking assistance from supervisors as necessary.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient store operations and assist with other tasks as needed.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in a customer-facing role, particularly in a retail or supermarket setting, is preferred.
Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to engage with customers in a polite and helpful manner.
Basic math skills and proficiency in handling cash transactions accurately.
Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to work effectively as part of a team to provide a seamless shopping experience for customers.
