Type: Full-time

Are you friendly, attentive, and ready to provide exceptional service to our guests? We are currently seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Bell Boys.

Responsibilities:
Greet guests upon arrival and assist with luggage and belongings
Escort guests to their rooms and provide information about hotel facilities and services
Assist guests with requests such as transportation arrangements, restaurant reservations, and luggage storage
Handle luggage carts and equipment safely and efficiently
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the lobby and entrance area
Respond promptly to guest inquiries and provide assistance as needed
Collaborate with other hotel staff members to ensure guest satisfaction and smooth operations
Follow hotel procedures and policies to maintain a high standard of service

Requirements:
Previous experience as a bell boy or in a similar hospitality role preferred but not required
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Physical fitness and ability to lift and carry heavy luggage
Friendly and professional demeanor
Ability to work well in a team and independently
Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
