Job Opportunity: Real Estate Agent (Commission-Based)
Location: Dubai, UAE

We are looking for motivated and results-driven Real Estate Agents to join our team in Dubai. As a Real Estate Agent, you will assist clients in buying, selling, or renting properties and help them navigate the real estate market.

Responsibilities:

Prospect potential clients and build relationships to generate leads.
Assist clients in buying, selling, or renting residential or commercial properties.
Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information about properties to clients.
Guide clients through the negotiation process and facilitate transactions.
Stay updated with market trends, property values, and legal requirements.
Prepare and present offers, contracts, and lease agreements to clients.
Coordinate with property developers, landlords, and other real estate professionals.
Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the buying or selling process.
Requirements:

Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent or in a sales role.
Valid UAE real estate license or certification is preferred.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Excellent networking and relationship-building abilities.
Knowledge of the local real estate market and industry trends.
Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
UAE residency or work permit is required.
