Job Description:

We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Staff to join our team. As a member of our housekeeping team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and comfort of our hotel’s guest rooms and public areas. If you have an eye for cleanliness, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to ensuring a pleasant stay for our guests, we encourage you to apply and become an essential part of our hotel’s housekeeping department.

Responsibilities:
Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas.
Make beds, change linens, and replenish towels and amenities.
Vacuum, dust, and maintain the overall cleanliness of rooms and common areas.
Empty trash and recycling containers and replace liners.
Report any maintenance issues or damage to the housekeeping supervisor.
Restock cleaning supplies and amenities as needed.
Ensure compliance with hotel cleanliness and safety standards.
Collaborate with the housekeeping team to meet daily cleaning goals.
Provide exceptional customer service and respond to guest requests.
Maintain a positive and professional attitude while on duty.

Qualifications:
Previous experience in housekeeping or a related role is preferred but not required.
Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Positive attitude and a commitment to guest satisfaction.
Physical fitness and the ability to lift and move heavy objects.
Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
High school diploma or equivalent.
