Position: Waiter/Waitress

Job Overview:
We are looking for friendly and customer-oriented Waiters/Waitresses to provide excellent service to guests in a dynamic and fast-paced dining environment. If you have a passion for hospitality and enjoy working with people, we’d love to have you on our team!

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and seat guests in a welcoming manner.
Take and serve food and drink orders promptly and accurately.
Provide menu recommendations and answer guest inquiries.
Ensure tables are clean and set up for new guests.
Process payments and maintain accurate billing.
Address guest concerns and escalate issues to management when necessary.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.
Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
Previous experience as a waiter/waitress in a restaurant or café (a plus).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
Professional appearance and a friendly attitude.
Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
