Job Opportunity: Teacher Assistant
Location: Dubai, UAE

We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teacher Assistant to join our educational team in Dubai. The Teacher Assistant will work closely with teachers to support classroom activities and ensure a positive learning environment for students.

Responsibilities:

Assist teachers in preparing and organizing classroom materials and resources.
Supervise students during class activities, ensuring their safety and well-being.
Provide one-on-one or small group instruction to students as directed by the teacher.
Assist with classroom management, including maintaining discipline and enforcing school rules.
Help students with assignments, homework, and projects.
Support students with special needs or learning difficulties, following individualized education plans (IEPs) as necessary.
Assist with grading assignments and recording student progress.
Communicate regularly with parents regarding student performance and behavior.
Participate in staff meetings, professional development sessions, and school events.
Collaborate with teachers and other staff members to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field is preferred.
Previous experience working as a Teacher Assistant or in a similar role is an advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Patience, empathy, and a genuine interest in working with children.
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
UAE residency or work permit is required.
