Are you a natural leader with a passion for retail? We’re seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Store Supervisor in Dubai!

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth functioning
Supervise and train store staff to deliver excellent customer service
Monitor inventory levels and manage stock replenishment
Maintain store cleanliness and organization
Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a timely manner
Implement sales strategies to achieve targets and goals
Generate sales reports and analyze performance metrics
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements:

Previous experience in a retail environment
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Proven track record of driving sales and achieving targets
Proficiency in MS Office applications and POS systems
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
