Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced individual to join our retail team as a Store Supervisor. The Store Supervisor will play a key role in overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and lead store staff, including training and development
Oversee daily operations, including opening and closing procedures
Ensure excellent customer service standards are maintained
Monitor and achieve sales targets and performance goals
Manage inventory levels and conduct regular stock checks
Collaborate with the management team to implement promotional and marketing strategies
Address customer inquiries and concerns in a professional manner
Uphold store policies and enforce safety and security guidelines
Prepare and submit reports on store performance and activities

Requirements:
Proven experience as a Store Supervisor or in a similar retail role
Strong leadership and communication skills
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Customer-focused with a passion for delivering exceptional service
Knowledge of retail operations, merchandising, and inventory management
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic retail environment
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business or retail management is a plus
