Description

Assistance with Installation and Repair: Assist plumber in installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in residential, commercial and industrial settings. This includes handing tools, materials, and equipment as needed and following instructions from the lead plumber.
Preparation of Work Area: Prepare work areas by clearing obstructions, protecting surfaces, and ensuring a safe environment for plumbing activities. This may involve moving furniture, covering floors, and securing tools and equipment.
Material Handling: Assist in loading and unloading materials, tools, and equipment at job sites. Organize and maintain an inventory of plumbing supplies and equipment to ensure efficient workflow.
Pipe Cutting and Assembly: Assist in cutting, threading, and assembling pipes according to specifications. Hand tools and materials to the plumber and hold pipes in place during installation to ensure proper alignment and connection.
Fixture Installation Support: Aid in the installation and replacement of fixtures such as sinks, toilets, showers, and bathtubs. Hand tools and materials to the plumber, hold fixtures in place, and assist with sealing and connecting components.
