Responsibilities:
Patrol assigned areas to monitor premises and prevent unauthorized entry, theft, vandalism, or other illegal activities.
Maintain a visible presence to deter potential security threats and provide a reassuring presence for clients, employees, and visitors.
Monitor surveillance cameras and alarm systems to identify and respond to security breaches or suspicious activities.
Conduct regular security checks of doors, windows, and other access points to ensure they are properly secured.
Respond promptly to emergencies, including medical incidents, fire alarms, or disturbances, and take appropriate action to address the situation.
Enforce company policies and procedures, as well as local laws and regulations, to maintain order and safety on the premises.
Complete detailed incident reports and maintain accurate records of security-related activities, including observations, interventions, and investigations.
Assist with emergency evacuation procedures and provide guidance and support to individuals during evacuations or crisis situations.
Collaborate with local law enforcement agencies and emergency responders as needed to address security issues and coordinate responses.

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or a related field preferred.
Valid security guard license or certification required.
Strong observational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
Physical fitness and the ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods.
Basic computer skills and proficiency in using security equipment, such as surveillance cameras and access control systems.
Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
