Operations Officer

Description

Responsibilities:

Coordinate and oversee daily operations to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to company policies and procedures.
Monitor and manage operational processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
Assist in developing and implementing operational strategies to optimize productivity and efficiency.
Collaborate with department heads to set operational goals and objectives, tracking progress and reporting on key performance indicators.
Conduct regular reviews and audits of operational processes to ensure compliance with regulations and industry standards.
Analyze operational data and trends to identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement.
Assist in recruiting, training, and managing operational staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents related to operational performance and initiatives.
Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Assist in special projects and initiatives as assigned by senior management.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field.
Prior experience in operations management or a similar role is preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively under pressure.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and project management software.
Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
