Description
We are looking for a responsible and hardworking Office Boy to assist with daily office operations. The role includes maintaining cleanliness, serving refreshments, handling office errands, and supporting administrative staff to ensure a smooth work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the office premises, pantry, and meeting areas.
Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail or documents.
Assist in photocopying, filing, and other clerical duties when needed.
Run office errands such as delivering documents to other departments or nearby locations.
Ensure that pantry and office supplies are replenished regularly.
Support administrative staff in daily tasks and other duties as assigned by management.
