Job Opportunity: Office Boy / Girl
Location: Dubai, UAE

We are currently looking for a proactive and reliable Office Boy / Girl to join our team in Dubai. The Office Boy / Girl will assist in various office tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.

Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome guests and employees.
Assist in distributing mail and handling courier deliveries.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the office area.
Ensure office supplies are stocked and ordered as needed.
Assist in photocopying, scanning, and filing documents.
Run errands as needed, such as banking transactions or purchasing supplies.
Help in setting up meeting rooms and preparing refreshments.
Assist in basic administrative tasks, such as data entry or document preparation.
Follow office policies and procedures at all times.
Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Prior experience as an Office Boy / Girl or in a similar role is a plus.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with office equipment.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and work independently.
UAE residency or work permit is required.
