Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled IT Support professional to join our team. As an IT Support specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our employees for IT-related issues. You will play a critical role in maintaining our IT infrastructure and ensuring the smooth operation of our systems and networks.

Responsibilities:
Provide technical support and assistance to employees with hardware, software, and network-related issues.
Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.
Install and configure software, hardware, and computer systems as needed.
Maintain and update technical documentation and knowledge base for IT-related procedures.
Ensure the security and integrity of our IT infrastructure, including data backup and recovery.
Collaborate with the IT team to implement and maintain effective IT policies and procedures.
Conduct regular system audits and perform preventive maintenance tasks to ensure optimal system performance.
Offer training and guidance to employees on using IT resources and tools effectively.

Requirements:
Proven experience in providing IT support and troubleshooting in a professional environment.
Proficiency in operating systems, including Windows and MacOS, and knowledge of hardware and software components.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
A proactive approach to identifying and addressing potential IT issues.
