HR Executive

Description

A professional organization is seeking a proactive and people-focused HR Executive to manage human resource activities, support employee relations, and ensure smooth HR operations while contributing to a positive and productive workplace environment.

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily HR operations and provide support to employees and management
• Handle recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, and interview coordination
• Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and personnel files
• Assist with onboarding, employee orientation, and HR procedures
• Support attendance management, leave records, and employee data updates
• Coordinate with departments regarding staffing and HR requirements
• Assist in implementing HR policies and company procedures
• Prepare HR reports and maintain confidentiality of employee information

Requirements:

• Previous experience in HR, recruitment, or administrative roles is preferred
• Good knowledge of HR processes and employment procedures
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good organizational skills with attention to detail
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and HR systems is an advantage
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally
• Positive attitude, problem-solving skills, and ability to work in a team environment
