About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Clerk to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in maintaining accurate and organized records for the company.

Key Responsibilities:
Enter, update, and maintain accurate data in company databases and systems.
Verify and correct data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Prepare and organize source data for entry.
Retrieve and provide data as requested by team members or management.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with care.
Assist with generating reports and summaries from collected data.
Identify and resolve discrepancies or inconsistencies in the data.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in data management is a plus.
Proven experience as a data entry clerk or in a similar role is preferred.
Excellent typing skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and data entry software.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Familiarity with database systems is an advantage.
