Description

Job Title: Data Entry Clerk

Location: Dubai, UAE

Employment Type: Full-time

About Us:
We are currently seeking detail-oriented and reliable individuals to join our team as Data Entry Clerks. If you have strong typing skills and a keen eye for accuracy, we invite you to apply for this position and contribute to our data management efforts.

Responsibilities:
Input and update data accurately and efficiently into databases, spreadsheets, and other digital platforms.
Verify and review data for errors, inconsistencies, or missing information, and make corrections as needed.
Organize and maintain electronic files and documents in accordance with company procedures.
Assist with data cleanup and data migration projects to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
Perform routine data entry tasks, such as entering customer information, invoices, inventory records, and other business-related data.
Follow data entry guidelines and standards to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
Generate reports, summaries, and other documents based on data analysis and interpretation.
Collaborate with team members to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information at all times.

Requirements:
Proven experience as a data entry clerk or similar role preferred.
Proficient typing skills with high accuracy and attention to detail.
Familiarity with data entry software, databases, and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in data entry or related field is a plus.
Availability to work full-time/part-time shifts as needed.
