Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service: Greet customers, handle inquiries, and provide exceptional service during transactions, ensuring a positive customer experience.

Payment Processing: Process payments for purchases, issue receipts, and ensure all transactions are recorded accurately.
POS Operation: Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently, process sales, and generate receipts.
Product Knowledge: Stay informed about products, prices, promotions, and special offers to assist customers effectively.
Daily Balancing: Balance cash drawer at the end of each shift, reconcile transactions, and prepare reports on daily sales.
Security: Follow security procedures to prevent theft and mishandling of cash, ensuring a secure cash-handling environment.
Requirements:

Previous experience as a Cashier or in a similar customer service role.
Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in using Point of Sale (POS) systems.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
