Assistant Restaurant Manager

Description

Responsibilities:

Assist in managing all aspects of restaurant operations, including staff supervision, customer service, and inventory management.
Train, supervise, and motivate restaurant staff to deliver excellent service and achieve performance targets.
Ensure adherence to health, safety, and sanitation standards in accordance with company policies and regulations.
Assist in developing and implementing operational procedures and policies to optimize efficiency and productivity.
Monitor and analyze restaurant performance metrics, such as sales, costs, and profitability, and take corrective actions as needed.
Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
Assist in inventory management, including ordering supplies, managing stock levels, and controlling costs.
Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely preparation and delivery of food orders.
Assist in administrative tasks, such as payroll processing, scheduling, and budgeting.

Requirements:

Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of restaurant operations, including food safety and sanitation standards.
Proficiency in restaurant management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
