Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and reliable Assistant Accountant to support daily accounting operations and ensure accurate financial record-keeping. The ideal candidate should have strong numerical skills, attention to detail, and knowledge of basic accounting principles.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in maintaining financial records and bookkeeping activities
Prepare and record invoices, receipts, and payments
Support in accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
Perform bank reconciliations and basic ledger entries
Assist in preparing financial reports and statements
Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial data
Support monthly and year-end closing activities
Coordinate with internal departments for financial documentation
Ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting procedures
