Key Responsibilities:

Inventory Management: Oversee the receiving, storing, and issuing of goods, ensuring accurate inventory records and timely replenishment of stock.
Order Fulfillment: Supervise the picking, packing, and shipping of orders, ensuring they are prepared accurately and dispatched on schedule.
Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing products for defects, damages, or discrepancies, and report any issues promptly.
Documentation: Maintain detailed records of inventory levels, orders, and shipments, and generate reports as required.
Supervision: Lead and motivate warehouse staff, provide training, set performance targets, and ensure adherence to safety protocols and procedures.
Equipment Maintenance: Coordinate maintenance of warehouse equipment and facilities, ensuring they are in optimal working condition.
Requirements:

Proven experience as a Warehouse Officer or in a similar role, preferably in the logistics or distribution industry.
Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics processes.
Proficiency in using warehouse management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail.
Leadership abilities and the capacity to manage a diverse team effectively.
Understanding of safety regulations and commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
Forklift certification and other relevant certifications are a plus.
