Warehouse Coordinator

Description

We are looking for an organized and proactive Warehouse Coordinator to oversee daily warehouse operations. The Warehouse Coordinator will manage inventory, coordinate shipments and deliveries, ensure safety compliance, and support overall warehouse efficiency. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, has strong organizational skills, and can work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods efficiently.
Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems (WMS).
Schedule and track shipments, deliveries, and returns.
Supervise and support warehouse staff, ensuring productivity and compliance with safety standards.
Conduct regular inventory audits and cycle counts to minimize discrepancies.
Monitor warehouse equipment and coordinate maintenance or repairs as needed.
Ensure proper documentation of shipments, receipts, and inventory movements.
Implement and maintain warehouse safety procedures and best practices.
Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and other departments for smooth operations.
Qualifications & Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field is a plus.
2+ years of experience in warehouse operations or logistics coordination.
Familiarity with warehouse management systems and inventory software.
Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations in warehouse operations.
