Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Warehouse Accountant to join our team. As a Warehouse Accountant, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the financial aspects of our warehouse operations, including inventory control, cost analysis, and financial reporting. If you have a strong background in accounting, experience in warehouse or inventory accounting, and a commitment to accuracy and efficiency, we encourage you to apply and become a vital part of our finance team.

Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage the financial aspects of warehouse operations.
Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, receipts, and shipments.
Perform regular reconciliations of physical inventory to accounting records.
Monitor and control inventory costs and valuation.
Analyze and report on inventory turnover and aging.
Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements related to the warehouse.
Collaborate with the warehouse and procurement teams to ensure accuracy in inventory transactions.
Assist in the development and implementation of inventory control procedures.
Conduct internal audits to identify discrepancies and recommend improvements.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required.
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation is a plus.
Previous experience in warehouse accounting or inventory management is preferred.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
