Job Description:
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Waitstaff/Servers to join our team. As a Waitstaff/Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests by delivering outstanding service, taking orders, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Responsibilities:
Greet guests with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
Assist guests in choosing menu items and taking food and beverage orders.
Ensure accurate order placement and relay orders to the kitchen staff.
Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and professional manner.
Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
Clear tables and prepare them for the next guests.
Handle guest payments and provide accurate change.
Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to coordinate food and beverage service.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area.
Follow health and safety guidelines and alcohol service regulations.

Qualifications:
Previous experience as a Waitstaff/Server in a restaurant or hotel setting is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
Strong attention to detail and customer service orientation.
Knowledge of food and beverage menu items and pairings is a plus.
Professional appearance and a positive attitude.
Food handler’s certification may be required.
High school diploma or equivalent.
