Job Overview

Job Responsibilities
Welcome guests and provide friendly, professional service
Take food and beverage orders accurately
Serve meals and drinks promptly and efficiently
Answer customer questions and recommend menu items
Ensure tables are clean, organized, and properly set
Process customer requests and resolve concerns professionally
Follow food safety, hygiene, and service standards
Work closely with kitchen and restaurant staff to ensure smooth operations
