Overview:

The ideal candidates will deliver exceptional dining experiences by providing outstanding customer service, taking accurate orders, and ensuring smooth operations in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and seat customers promptly with a warm and friendly attitude.
Present menus, answer questions about menu items, and make recommendations.
Take accurate food and drink orders using a POS system or notepad.
Serve food and beverages efficiently, ensuring presentation meets quality standards.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally and promptly.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables and dining areas.
Process payments accurately and provide change or receipts as needed.
Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure seamless service.
Qualifications and Skills:

Prior experience as a waiter/waitress is a plus but not mandatory.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
Excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
