Job Description:

We are looking for enthusiastic and professional Waiters/Waitresses to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidates will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience.

Responsibilities:

Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner.
Present menus and provide detailed information about food and drink options.
Take and process customer orders accurately, ensuring special requests and dietary needs are accommodated.
Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently.
Check in with guests to ensure their satisfaction with their meals and address any issues or complaints.
Clear and clean tables between guests, maintaining a tidy and organized dining area.
Handle cash and card transactions accurately and efficiently.
Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
Follow all health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and sanitation practices.
Assist with setting up and breaking down dining areas as needed.
Requirements:

Previous experience as a Waiter/Waitress or in a similar customer service role is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to providing high-quality service.
Fluent in English; additional language skills are an advantage.
High school diploma or equivalent.
