We are seeking dedicated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Waiters/Waitresses. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional dining experiences to our guests. Greet guests warmly, escort them to their tables, and present menus.
Provide menu recommendations and answer questions about food and beverages.
Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen staff.
Serve food and drinks promptly and accurately.
Ensure guests have a positive dining experience by attending to their needs throughout their meal.
Handle guest complaints or concerns professionally and with a focus on resolution.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure orders are prepared correctly and delivered in a timely manner.
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the dining area, including resetting tables for the next guests.
Handle cash and card transactions accurately, process payments, and issue receipts.
Adhere to all health and safety guidelines and sanitation standards.
Proven work experience as a Waiter/Waitress or in a similar role preferred.
Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Basic math skills for handling payments and making change.
Knowledge of food and beverage items and the ability to make recommendations.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
