Job Description:

We are seeking courteous and attentive Waiters/Waitresses to join our hospitality team. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our guests, taking orders, and ensuring a memorable dining experience. Responsibilities:
Greet and seat guests in a courteous and timely manner.
Present menus and explain daily specials to customers.
Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay to the kitchen.
Serve food and drinks promptly and accurately.
Ensure guests have a pleasant dining experience.
Address any guest inquiries and special requests.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure orders are accurate.
Assist in setting and clearing tables as needed.
Process guest payments and issue receipts.
Maintain a clean and organized dining area.

Qualifications:
Previous experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a hotel or restaurant is preferred.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift trays.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Familiarity with menu items and wine selections is an advantage.
High school diploma or equivalent.
