Job Title: Waiter/Waitress

Job Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:
Greet and seat guests with a welcoming and friendly demeanor.
Present menus and provide recommendations on food and beverages.
Take accurate orders and convey them to the kitchen staff.
Serve food and drinks promptly, ensuring accuracy and presentation.
Check in with diners to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
Anticipate and respond to guest needs, such as refilling drinks or providing additional items.
Process payments and accurately handle cash and credit card transactions.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace and dining area.
Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure a smooth dining experience.
Comply with food safety and hygiene standards.

Qualifications:
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
Professional and courteous demeanor with a focus on guest satisfaction.
Basic math skills for processing payments and providing accurate change.
Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail.
Previous waiter/waitress experience is a plus but not required.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems (POS) is beneficial.
