Job Description:
As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be an integral part of the dining experience, ensuring that our guests receive outstanding service from the moment they arrive until the moment they leave. Your role will involve taking orders, serving food and beverages, and making guests feel welcome and comfortable.

Key Responsibilities:
Greet and seat customers, presenting menus and specials.
Take customer orders and provide recommendations when needed.
Relay orders to the kitchen and bar staff, ensuring accurate and timely service.
Serve food and beverages to guests with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Monitor and attend to the needs of diners throughout their meal.
Ensure table settings are clean, organized, and properly arranged.
Process payments and issue receipts accurately.
Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly.
Collaborate with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure a seamless dining experience.
Qualifications:
Prior experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is a plus, but not required.
Strong customer service skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
A professional and well-groomed appearance.
Basic math skills for handling bills and payments.
Willingness to learn and follow restaurant standards and procedures.
